Assessment Centre Preparation (Option A)

We provide professional preparation sessions for candidates participating in Assessment Centre evaluations, using a variety of realistic business case studies (simulations).

We work through specific scenarios online, focusing on Planning & Prioritisation (In-Tray / Agenda Exercise), Communication Skills (Role-Play), and Company Case Analysis & Presentation (Strategic Perspective).

Following the simulations, you will receive a 1-to-1, personalised session where I share insights, evaluations, and development paths. I provide tailor-made feedback from an assessor’s point of view on what you can say and how you can express it better.

Feedback will be delivered verbally during the sessions. Upon request, you are welcome to voice-record the meetings.

Program Details:

• 6 Exercises:

  • Planning & Prioritization (In-Tray / Agenda Exercise)

  • 3 Different Role-Play Scenarios

  • 2 Different Case Analyses

• Total Duration: 6 hours (including breaks)

• Format: 1-to-1, online (Zoom)

Who Is This For?

• Recommended for managerial and leadership positions.

• Roles requiring competencies such as planning, organization, strategic perspective, communication, team management, and leader-as-coach skills.

Preliminary Preparation:

• Two of the cases will be sent to you in advance.

• You are expected to spend a total of 180 minutes (90 + 90 minutes) analyzing them prior to our session day.

We practice using entirely new cases that are not included in my book, "100% Success in Assessment Centres and Interviews".
