Assessment Centre Role-Play Preparation (Option B)

We provide professional preparation sessions for candidates participating in Assessment Centre evaluations, using a variety of realistic business case studies.

We work through specific role-play scenarios online. In a hypothetical corporate setting, you will face a colleague or a direct report. As you try to solve a challenging communication, motivation, or business problem through dialogue, you will be evaluated based on specific criteria, exactly like in a real Assessment Centre.

Following the role-plays, you will receive a 1-to-1, personalised feedback session where I share insights and development paths. I provide tailor-made feedback from an assessor’s point of view on what you can say and how you can express it better.

Once you complete 3 role-play sessions, you will be fully prepared for the role-plays in a real Assessment Centre.

Feedback will be delivered verbally during the sessions. Upon request, you are welcome to voice-record the meetings.
